Pick the biggest tank you have space for, as even a few extra litres makes a small tank easier to keep stable. Whatever size you choose, set it up and let it settle before adding livestock, and add fish gradually rather than all at once. Our Nano Tropical Fish page has ideas for fish that suit smaller tanks, and if you’re not sure which size is right for what you’d like to keep, pop in or give us a call and we’ll help you choose.
