Shipping Policy

We aim to get all orders on a next day delivery service with Royal Mail or Parcel Force, occasionally Yodel, however this is not guaranteed. All aquarium plants and snails are shipped by Royal Mail 24hour. We dispatch early morning to limit the posibililty of items being stuck in a warehouse for too long.

Free shipping orders over £50 (excludes certain items and delivery to Ireland)

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, handling time maximum 1 - 3 working days.
