Aquatlantis Bio Filter 200

The Aquatlantis Bio Filter 200 is a compact internal filter for freshwater aquariums up to 50 litres. It sits inside the tank, runs quietly, and the flow can be adjusted, so you can turn it down for bettas, shrimp or fry and up for a busier community tank.

It uses Aquatlantis B-Box cartridges, which slot in and out of the filter body without any mess. Between them they give mechanical, biological and chemical filtration, and the cartridges are biodegradable, so there's less plastic going in the bin each time you change one.

It's a good fit for nano and small planted tanks, breeding and fry tanks, and small community setups.

Looking after your filter

Rinse the cartridges in old tank water during a water change rather than under the tap, as chlorine will kill the good bacteria living in the media. Only replace one part at a time so the bacteria have a chance to carry on in the rest.
