Pogostemon erectus is a popular stem plant grown for its fine, needle-like leaves arranged in dense, upright columns, giving it a distinctive pine-tree silhouette underwater. Planted in groups, it forms a tall, structured backdrop that's a favourite in Dutch-style aquascapes and anywhere a striking vertical accent is needed. Supplied in a 100% sterile invitro pot by Aquafleur, this plant is free from algae, pests, and snails, making it a safe choice for shrimp and delicate aquariums.

For the fastest, densest growth, strong lighting and CO2 injection are recommended; without them, growth will be noticeably slower and less compact. Regular trimming and replanting of cut tops helps maintain the tidy, columnar look this plant is known for.
