Twinstar Light E-Line V Pro 600EA – LED Aquarium Light

The flagship of Twinstar's E-Line, this LED light is made for planted aquariums up to about 70 cm wide. It produces 3000 lumens from 49 W, is up to 30% brighter than previous generations, and measures 58 cm wide. The "A" in 600EA means adjustable legs, so it rests on the rim of your tank.

The light uses Twinstar's Advanced Spectrum V3.0, with six colour LEDs (RGB plus plant-growth channels) covering 400 to 780 nm. Twinstar measures around 300 µmol/m²/s at 20 cm, which is more than most aquatic plants need, so there is plenty of headroom for fast rooting and dense, deeply coloured growth, while colours stay rich and natural.

LightControl Pro is included, so you can control the light from the free Twinstar app (iOS and Android). You can fine-tune each colour channel and set timers. There's a 25-day Light Planner that gradually raises the brightness while a new tank settles, plus sunrise and sunset simulation of up to 60 minutes. Boost Mode raises the light intensity by up to 20% for demanding plants or taller tanks.

The light isn't waterproof. It's designed for open-top tanks, so keep it clear of the water and don't use it inside a closed hood.
