NT Labs Aquarium Lab Multi-Test Kit

The NT Labs Aquarium Lab Multi-Test Kit is an all-round liquid test kit for freshwater aquariums, covering the six key parameters: ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, general hardness (GH) and carbonate hardness (KH). Liquid drop tests are much more accurate than water test strips, and the dropper bottles give drops of the same size every time.

How it works: add aquarium water to the test tube and count the drops needed.

Good to know

• Ammonia, nitrite and nitrate results are reported as nitrogen, so they match the safe levels quoted for fish and plants.
• The Ammonia 2 reagent can turn blue over time, and the pH reagent can change colour. Neither affects the results while the kit is in date.
• For brackish tanks, NT Labs recommends its Marine Lab kits for the most accurate results.
