Hikari Algae Wafers 20g

Hikari Algae Wafers are sinking wafers made for algae-eating bottom feeders, including plecos, catfish and other herbivorous and omnivorous fish. This 20g pack is a handy size for trying them out or for smaller tanks. They are formulated with high levels of vegetable matter and multiple algae, which these fish prefer. The firm wafer sinks and holds its shape, so it helps minimise water clouding and gives shy bottom feeders time to reach it.

Because bottom feeders are often most active at night, feed the wafers late in the day or after lights out. Give only as much as your fish will eat within a couple of hours and remove any uneaten food. Wafers can be broken into smaller pieces for smaller fish. Natural ingredients mean the colour can vary slightly from batch to batch.

Format: Hikari Algae Wafers, sinking wafers for algae-eating bottom feeders, 20g.
